Whether it’s a past injury that hasn’t fully gone away or a nagging pain with certain activities, I can help. I will perform a quick, simple screening that looks at 7 fundamental movements that are key to daily life. This screening will determine if those movement patterns are optimal, acceptable or disfunctional.
From there I will design you a fully customized program that includes selective exercises and hands on treatment (if needed) to achieve your goas! This is for EVERYBODY! No goal is too small or too big.

This is a one-on-one appointment with me for one hour and because I do not take health insurance you get to help dictate your treatment for what’s best for you!
If you move forward with Functional PT with me I will offer the first appointment at 20% off ($80) and 10% off packages of 4 or more appointments. My typical cost is $100 per visit.
You can expect to at least see me for 4 visits, usually once a week but this is workable.
